“Quality at a reasonable price”

Modern accommodation in a good location at a reasonable price. The room was small but comfortabl and functional. Sound proofing and light control was also good. Good bar and eating area plus comfortable lounge area for relaxing.

“A different kind of hotel”

We have just returned from CitizenM Glasgow and what a unique hotel! A lovely welcome and assistance to self check in, although we were able to do this online before arrival. The decor is modern and different.

The rooms are consistent in size - a huge and very comfortable bed spans the room. The facilities are controlled to suit you by iPad from lighting and tv to advising whether you’ll need a brolly if you go outside. Large spacious lounges to relax, drink, eat or read a book. Food is delicious, vegans and special diets catered for. However a very special 5* to the staff. Each and every one welcomes you and asks how your day was or plans, and willingly gives excellent recommendations if requested. This hotel is as much a tourist attraction as the City.

“Business Trip but felt like a personal holiday ... the staff were excellent throughout.”

The best hotel I've stayed in with business purely down to how the staff were. Friendly, fun, professional but so so approachable. Nothing was too much trouble from Harriet on reception to Dominique, Sophie and Steven.

There were more and they were exactly the same. Couldn't have been happier with them. The rooms were excellent and the most comfy beds ever !!! Lovely touch too were all of the Marvins around the Hotel :-) ... on behalf of myself and the Recruitment Team at Yell - THANK YOU !!! We'll be back for sure ...

“Funky, functional business travel hotel”

This is a centrally located, funky hotel which has great amenities for business travelers, such as really well set up work stations, relaxing living and communal areas. It includes an all day bar and cafe that serves breakfast and snacks.

You need to head out for dinner but there are lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. We visited as a couple on holidays and found the rooms to be far too small and difficult when you are carrying a lot of luggage. The rooms have the bare amenities - shampoo and soap. If you want the pepper to your salt i.e. hair conditioner, you need to request it especially. Shower caps are also on special request. I think that is weird and inconvenient. We found the service to be very friendly and helpful. The design borders on the brash, but if you are traveling alone, and light, then I’d recommend this hotel to you.

“Great Spot”

Well worth a visit, can't find anything to have issues with. Friendly staff, great rooms and central to the city center. And if using bus links, its 2 minutes from the station to the hotel. Perfect for saving your arms from humping heavy bags around the city and minimal exposure to the elements.

“Great rooms”

Little bit pricey and the bar prices are extortionate however the room itself is great and the late check out is perfect , I wish more places did this.
I actually live in Glasgow city centre and never stay in hotels in Glasgow as I feel it defeats the purpose however this is one hotel I would gladly book despite it being on my doorsteps.

The rooms, fancy electric blinds, ambient lighting, good tv etc make you feel like you are abroad. A great room to just chill out in. One of those hotels you actually want to stay in the room all day.
