Fantastic stay - reasonably priced (admittedly booked at the last minute), well-appointed rooms, great location. Staff were super-welcoming and helpful. Would stay here on every London work trip if budgets allowed!

“lovely stay”

Brilliant value, really clean , loved the communal areas. Friendly staff. Could easily just spend quite a lot of time in the bar/ cafe area reading or chatting. Huge comfy bed! Didn't need the soft toy though.

“Lovely Hotel, Great Location”

The location is great, right in central London. The check in is easy as is check out: it’s automated.

The hotel is super stylish with almost everything in the room controlled via iPad.

Water pressure in the shower was excellent too! Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

“Trendy and welcoming hotel”

Nicely located in the backside area. Welcoming lobby and extremely friendly and nice staff !
Rooms are small but this typical in big cities like London.
Breakfast is very complete and value for money.

It’s cheaper to reserve it in advance when you make your reservation.

“Great stay in London - worth the money”

My fav: the huge bed and quietness in the inside bedrooms facing the inner courtyard. Also, the common areas, eclectic, modern, clean, comfortable, a joy! Friendliness of all the staff members. Only downside: breakfast not included in the booking and found it a bit pricey for being on top of the rate.

Other than that, great value for money in the centre of London!. Great location too!

“Great but really hot”

Love the location and the beds, small but fine , nice and quiet. Good helpful service. Lots of places to eat nearby. Very fun place to stay, good value, good coffee in the morning. Just need to fix the air conditioning

“Affordable luxury for the millennial age”

Great location in the constantly evolving Bankside Quarter. We'd not stayed at a citizenM before but definitely will again. I think you either get the concept or you don't and I can see it both ways but I really bought into this place.

The rooms are very blade runner. No extraneous space and ruthless design to maximise the comfort in the minimal square footage. That this place has embraced the app first ethos is clear from checking in. So although check in is self serve and primarily screen based we were welcomed by a very human human and made to feel relaxed and welcome. The free movies, the rainforest shower head which accommodates two people, the mood lighting, the touch control on the iPad, these are all nice modern touches. The decor is on trend the atmosphere and attitude very relaxed. But really made our stay so lovely was the staff. As always its the people that count. Each and every member of staff was friendly helpful and a pleasure to converse with.

“Great Fun! Great Value! In London”

I have stayed multiple times and this property and I will definitely return. Clean. Modern. Great location. Great value in a city where decent accommodation can be super pricey. You can walk easily to multiple Tube stations from the hotel.

And you can also walk to a number of attractions (Tate Modern, London Eye, stroll along the Embankment, Borough Market, etc.) Helpful staff including those that made me tea when I arrived exhausted at 3am after flight delays from Italy. Boy was I grateful for my comfy king-sized bed that night!
