“Amazing stay”

We loved every minute of our stay at the Citizen M in Times Square.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, we really did feel at home.
The location is brilliant in Times Square, so close to the subway as well as the hop on hop off bus pick up/drop offs.

“Quick business trip in Manhattan”

It was everything promised and even more. Great smart rooms, excellent breakfast and great stuff! Location is amazing, a minute from Times Square, surrounded by Broadway shows and late night TV filming locations.

Great shopping nearby, and well connected to the public transportation system (entrance of Line 1 is 20 meters from the hotel).

“1 night in New York”

First time at this hotel and very happy with the overall experience!
The in-room technology was something excellent with a lot of features that other hotels do not offer.
I did not have time to visit the rooftop but it seems to be nice.

I would definitely recommend the hotel.
The very bad point was the VERY expensive late checkout billed to my credit card (~80 USD) just to take a shower before my long-haul flight.

“20th anniversary trip”

The service was outstanding, the card left in our room congratulating our anniversary was a great touch. Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms at a great price.
Our last stop was at the rooftop bar and the bar staff was exceptional.

We’ll be back.

“Good but not amazing”

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Rooms were tidy and reasonably well equipped. Only slight disappointment was the room size. As we were travelling onwards for a further 10 days after the NYC stay, a room of this size for 2 people with 2 suitcases each wasnt the easiest to cope with.

A nice place otherwise in a good location. Breakfast is particularly good if European albeit not cheap.

“Everything was FABULOUS!”

Loved the entire experience. Rooms were so clean, bed was super comfy, location was perfect, and the ambassadors were all very welcoming. I loved my stay.
A new concept in accommodation for me which I loved! Encouraged folks to mingle and meet.

The living-room (lobby) bustled with life and amazing Design. A great place to chill and people watch or strike up a conversation with someone new.
At the same time the hotel offered a great work place on the mezzanine. Quiet enough to get your work done but I’m close proximity to all the action.

CloudM. Rooftop bar with amazing views was one of the reasons I picked this place. It did not disappoint.

I can’t say enough about this citizenM.

“Fantastic Hotel”

The room is very small but enough for couples or solo. Technology in the room is very nice. You don’t want to leave the room. Check-in and checkout was very rad and fast. You don’t need even to deal with someone to check you in.

“Small but very comfortable”

Rooms were pretty small, but very thoughtfully laid out (luggage drawer under the bed) and tastefully decorated with very functional iPad control for everything (blinds, air conditioning, TV, etc). The TV set up with free movies and the easy ability to stream content from your own device was great.
A few hiccups after being caught in a major power failure affecting several blocks in Manhattan on a Friday night, but the staff were informative and helpful throughout and got things working again pretty quickly once the power came back on.
